1. Items may be returned by shipping. Just contact us and describe the problem (with photos) or reason for the return and your order number.

2. Items must be in original, unworn condition. 

3. We are responsible for the following situations: traces, broken zipper, torn or torn, inferior material, obvious color difference, there is a major difference between the photographed product and the received product. Rest assured, we will take full responsibility for our errors or problems.

4. If you choose the wrong size/color or don't like the item (the item is not defective), please contact us to arrange a return. You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred for returns/exchanges.

5. Returned orders must have a tracking or reference number and your order number clearly written on the outside of the package.

6. We will process your exchange or refund upon receipt of the item at our International Returns Center.
